InNOut
West coast fast food favorite In-N-Out Burger will open its first Vegas Strip location later this year. Caesars Entertainment recently confirmed that In-N-Out Burger will be one of eight new tenants coming to The Linq promenade this year.

Five of the new businesses at the open-air shopping promenade in between The Linq Hotel and the Flamingo will be restaurants while others will include a bar and art gallery. Gordon Ramsay Fish & Chips, Canter’s Deli, Virgil’s Real BBQ, Amorino, Basin White, Purple Zebra and C&E Studio Tony Vegas will join In-N-Out Burger and will open throughout the year.

Specific opening dates for haven’t been revealed yet but we have some approximations. Here’s what you can expect from each new business coming to The Linq:

In-N-Out Burger
Part of the luster behind In-N-Out Burger is that it’s a popular fast food restaurant that you just can’t find in every city. It’s scarcity helped build a cult-like following for the burger joint. Growing up on the east coast there was a legend about how great these burgers were. To be fair, they’re delicious but they should be compared with other fast food burgers and not gourmet burgers with fancy toppings that cost 3 times as much.

Slated to open this fall, In-N-Out Burger at The Linq will be located near the fountain stage, between Sprinkles (yum!) and Flour & Barley (pizza restaurant). This In-N-Out Burger location will be similar to all others and will be open for lunch, dinner and late night dining and feature their fresh burgers, hand-cut french fries and its signature shakes. The main difference is that there won’t be a drive-thru.

Bob Morse, president of hospitality at Caesars Entertainment says “This iconic brand offers a ‘Vegas must-do’ dining experience that won’t be found anywhere else on The Strip,” about In-N-Out Burger. I know plenty of visitors to Las Vegas who would hop in a cab just to visit an In-N-Out Burger location off the Vegas Strip. This is one of the more exciting additions to the Vegas Strip for any burger lover.

Caesars Entertainment also revealed new details for previously announced restaurants and retail stores opening later this year.

Gordon Ramsay Fish & Chips
It feels as though the opening of this quick serve restaurant has been in the rumor mill since just after The Linq promenade first opened. The newest Gordon Ramsay restaurant will finally open in late summer. This takeaway-style British restaurant will located near the Vegas Strip entrance to The Linq and feature Ramsay’s signature fish and chips, bangers and mash, chicken planks and hearty seafood chowder.

Canter’s Deli
The Jewish-style delicatessen is expected to open in late summer and will be located near the High Roller entrance, across from Yard House. This location of Canter’s Deli will be open 24-hours a day and have a full service bar. The menu offer traditional deli specialties such as hot pastrami, corned beef, roast turkey and authentic matzo ball soup

Virgil’s Real Barbecue
Years ago is was nearly impossible to find a good BBQ restaurant in New York City. Virgil’s changed that for the city known as the melting pot of the world. “The V” as the cool kids call it features world-famous BBQ tastes of Tennessee, Kentucky, Texas, the Carolina’s and Missouri. Virgils is more of a “niche” restautant than a “specialty” restaurant. They offer a variety good BBQ to appeal to the masses. The Linq location of Virgil’s will also feature live music entertainment every night which you won’t find in other locations.

Other businesses opening later this year at The Linq promenade include the following:

Amorino – European gelato shop.
Purple Zebra – A self-serve daiquiri bar.
C&E Studio Tony Vegas – Features Las Vegas art souvenir pieces.
Basin White – Luxury bath and body products
