Beer Park by Budweiser

There isn’t much available frontage left on the Vegas Strip so it’s always somewhat exciting to see something new being developed that will offer access to a beautiful Strip view. Paris Las Vegas has quietly been doing some construction outside of Chateau nightclub and above Hexx kitchen and bar for the past couple of months. This week they confirmed that they will be opening a bar and restaurant concept called the Beer Park by Budweiser in January of 2016.

Beer Park by Budweiser will have some of the best views in Las Vegas since it will be located one level above the Vegas Strip. The elevation will allow for a great view of the Bellagio fountains across the street and much of the action on the south center of the Vegas Strip below.

The Beer Park will be more than just a place to sit outside and drink beer. It will feature a full menu with featuring outdoor grilling and picnic tables for both drinking and dining. The beer selection will include more than 100 draft, can and bottle beer selections, including 36 beers on tap. Based on the Budweiser name you can expect that most, if not all of the beer available, will be a Budweiser product. Between ownership and partnerships they easily have more than 100 different beers available.

While this is a “beer park” the bar menu will also include craft beer cocktails, signature cocktails and wines on tap. They’ll also have other wines and specialty drinks, including an array of Bloody Marys.

If a beautiful view of the Vegas Strip isn’t enough the Beer Park will have an atmosphere conducive to watching sports. There will be towers on each side of the bar housing dozens of high-definition televisions. Even with heat lamps it may be a little chilly to watch the Super Bowl outside but this might become one of the best locations to watch March Madness on the Vegas Strip.

The concept of a beer park feels like something that’s an Americanized version of a traditional German bier garten. The concept of this Beer Park is inspired by some American pastimes that bring people together; things like going to the ball park for a baseball game, a tailgate party or a picnic at a neighborhood park. You’ll be able to order food from a menu and you’ll be able to order from roaming carts around the 100,000 square foot space like you would at a baseball game.

This won’t be just a roof deck with picnic tables and chairs out for you to sit. There will be high top cocktail tables overlooking the Vegas Strip and a private VIP area to use for large parties like corporate gatherings or bachelor parties. The centerpiece of the Beer Park will be a large rectangular bar which seats 80 people as well as a dining room that seats 200. Overall Beer Park by Budweiser will seat 500 people.

The more outdoor spaces to eat and drink on the Vegas Strip the better!
