NoMad Las Vegas KingPark MGM and NoMad Hotel have been under construction forever. At least it seems that way. The transformation of Monte Carlo to Park MGM started more than two years ago. Park MGM is the prominent hotel and casino at the renovated Monte Carlo. NoMad Las Vegas is the hotel within the hotel at Park MGM. If the concept sounds strange, compare this to Delano at Mandalay Bay. Construction on both is should be complete by the end of the year.

The development of Park MGM can be seen by everyone. However, NoMad Las Vegas is quietly under development in the background. This concept is the Las Vegas outpost of the boutique NoMad Hotel originally in New York City.

NoMad Las Vegas Opens Mid-October

The NoMad Las Vegas website is live. The newest hotel rooms in Las Vegas are currently listed as being available beginning the middle of October. Non-promotional room rates start at $299 per night with a resort fee of $37 ($41.95 after taxes) per night. You can sign up for M Life Rewards here. The best rates for MGM Resorts hotels are usually available to loyalty club members.

Let’s take a look at the hotel rooms at NoMad Las Vegas. There are a few different room categories at the boutique-luxury hotel at Park MGM. Classic King and Classic Queen are the base level hotel rooms at NoMad Las Vegas. Both hotel rooms are 406 square feet and feature oak hardwood floors, beds with custom Bellino linens, smart TV’s, mahogany desk, walk-in shower, velvet window seat, Bespoke furniture, artwork, and nightly turndown service.

NoMad Las Vegas King

The mid-level hotel room at NoMad Las Vegas is the Atelier. This room is 528 square feet and features most of the same amenities as the Classic King room. The big difference here is that the extra space is devoted to a spacious entryway with a vanity area. Oh yeah, there’s a freestanding pedestal tub in the room. The larger bathroom also has a separate water closet.

The Salon Double is the largest hotel room at NoMad Las Vegas with two beds. The 690 square foot Salon is a larger version of the Classic Queen hotel room.

Suites At NoMad Las Vegas

There are two types of suites at NoMad Las Vegas. The 700 square foot Grande Suite looks more like a residential apartment than a traditional hotel room. The Grand Suite features a king bed, separate sitting room, walk-in Carrara marble shower and separate water closet. Similar to the Atelier there’s a spacious entryway with a vanity area.

The NoMad Suite is the largest suite at the hotel. The one bedroom suite is 1,200 square feet. There’s a separate sitting area with a queen sleeper sofa. The suite also has a four-person dining space, freestanding mahogany bar, and a guest washroom.
